今天（2024年10月31日13时40分），超强台风“康妮”在台湾台东成功镇登陆，近中心最大风速每秒51米，相当于16级风，瞬间最大阵风每秒63米，相当于17级风以上，成为1949年以来10月登陆台湾的最强台风，也是最晚登陆台湾的超强台风。希望台湾同胞们平安。
